A Study of the Effects of Photographic Clues Intervention Using the DSLR Camera On Acquiring Photography Skills of High School Students with Intellectual Disabilities

Abstract
This research is to survey the effects of photographic clues intervention using the DSLR camera on acquiring photography skills. Three high school students with intellectual disabilities participated in this study. multiple probe design across subjects was used. Photography skills were analysed of four stages twenty five sub-skills and applied by using various visual materials, least prompt procedure and time delay strategy. The photography skills execution rate were used to evaluate the acquiring photography skills of participants.
The results are as follows: First, photographic skills were increased by apply the photographic clues intervention. Second, the improvements in the photographic skills were generalized. The results indicates that the photographic clue intervention for using DSLR camera is effective in improving the photographic skills of high school students with intellectual disabilities and leads leisure life and transition to community in a positive way.
